Overview | SavvyRecruiter | SavvyExpert | SavvyEthics

SavvyExpert empirically ties a job profile to the demands of the actual work environment. This is accomplished by incorporating information tapped from the organization itself regarding in-house performance benchmarks.

SavvyExpert creates organization-specific job profiles by comparing assessment test results to job performance criteria (as rated by employers) from a sample group of existing employees working in the same position. The result, obtained via unique non-linear optimisation modelling techniques, is a tailor-made set of rules that define performance benchmarks for the job.

One way SavvyExpert obtains higher accuracy in this area is by not assuming that scoring higher on any particular attribute is better: this recognises that for example, although ‘assertiveness’ may be an important attribute for a particular job, it is possible to be too assertive, and so it will calculate an ‘optimal’ score that is lower than 100.

In addition, it looks at which attributes may be combined together to produce higher accuracy levels: this recognises that often, very different people are able to perform equally well in the job. This means that you will not end up looking for ‘clones’.

The results are immediate, clear-cut conclusions regarding the candidate's fit with the company, enabling SavvyExpert to achieve between a 50-100% increase in validity over existing assessment methods and 30-40% improved hiring predictability.
